"Las habitaciones son lindas, el baño es lindo, es un típico hotel chino, las camas son muy duras. La atención fue buena, el problema es que no hablan ingles en absoluto y utilizaban el taductor del telefono para comunicarse. El desayuno es muy malo, típico desayuno chino. Yo fui por trabajo y no volvería, recomiendo ir a un hotel con desayuno occidental y que hablen ingles en la recepción."

"Conveniently located, clean, modern amenities. We got the 50 sq. m room with king bed . . . the room is HUGE! The staff were very pleasant and professional, yet friendly. Some of the staff spoke English quite well, but others made the effort when they saw that my Mandarin was - lacking - to communicate. Overall, a great value, and we will stay again!"

"Excellent customer service from concierge to cleaning lady. This hotel was well staffed. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was super clean. While this hotel has aged, there is still a sense of grandeur. The price was very reasonable."

"First of all Hotels.com is horrible all away down to the managers. No one “emailed “ me that the hotel canceled my reservation and that I would be paying out if pocket upon arrival. Not to mention the none of the staff at the hotel spoke English and the representative that I called to call the hotel didn’t speak Chinese. I spoke with several do people including a manager couldn’t really assist. I’m disappointed and disgusted with both parties "
