The breakfast room is nice but there were some issues with replenishment of items in busy times. On check out there were some confusions about what had already been paid for via Expedia. It took a little while to sort out. "

"We had a 2nts stay including a spa treatment & was absolutely lovely. The room was very clean & the bed was very comfortable, we had a spa treatment each too which was amazing but we did have a minor discrepancy regarding payment which was soon rectified & spa facilities excellent. Overall our stay here was very nice & would definitely stay here again in the future."

"Lovely big rooms, very confortable bed and goid to have use of leisure facilities. Staff friendly and helpful - relicated me to a feound floor room as lift not working which i appreciated. Plenty of parking close to reception. I dudnt eat at the hitel so cannot comnent on food."
