"1、月日の経ってる高級ホテルで、建物自体古さを感じるのは仕方ないが、客室の電球切れは少し残念に思いました。 2、王様のビュッフェを1番楽しみにしてましたが、期待度が高すぎて少しギャップを感じました。特に天ぷらは2品しかなくもっと種類が欲しかったです。 子供向けの食事も有れば嬉しかってです。 3、館内は基本浴衣、スリッパでの移動はNG（チェックイン時に説明あり）でしたが、客室から浴場までの直通エレベーターがあり、そちらからの浴衣移動は可でした。（事前に説明なし。私服で浴場へ行き脱衣所で他のお客様が浴衣だったので後にわかりました） その事は案内用紙に小さく書かれていたので気がつきません。 その他は大変満足できました。"

"We booked two nights, but only stayed for one. The photos on this listing were of a different room than we got. The room was around 7 feet wide and way too small for a couple with luggage. The outside tub was for only one person at a time. I asked for an extra futon for extra padding (the futons were maybe 2 inches thick) and there was an extra charge per night. "If you're looking for a swank hotel, then this is not you're looking for. However, if you are looking for an excellent place to stay with gracious hosts and family, then this is a perfect spot in Tanabe. We stayed here on 10/24-25 to hike Kumano Kodo trail. Koushi and Chiyoko were extremely gracious hosts and treated us like family while we were there. They went "beyond the call of duty" to help us in finding a lost jacket left on the train and they made sure we were safe all along the way. ...
