"The facilities are varied, but with so many people, it is quite busy and slightly overcrowded. The breakfast is lovely, but the room is so small with so many guests that you will struggle to get food. They don’t allow people with tattoos in the onsen, and the rooms are quite small. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Good value for money, but not exceptional. "

"Conveniently located within walking distance from JR Wakayama and in front of the bus station, hotel is well situated for travelling to other parts of Wakayama or within the city. Hotel is pretty old and rooms are small sized. Bathroom is pretty compact which is typical of Japanese hotels. Do not get a room near the lift as walls are thin and can hear the lift moving up and down. Rooms are actually quite dusty as there were visible dust balls on the tea packets. "1、月日の経ってる高級ホテルで、建物自体古さを感じるのは仕方ないが、客室の電球切れは少し残念に思いました。 2、王様のビュッフェを1番楽しみにしてましたが、期待度が高すぎて少しギャップを感じました。特に天ぷらは2品しかなくもっと種類が欲しかったです。子供向けの食事も有れば嬉しかってです。 3、館内は基本浴衣、スリッパでの移動はNG（チェックイン時に説明あり）でしたが、客室から浴場までの直通エレベーターがあり、そちらからの浴衣移動は可でした。（事前に説明なし。私服で浴場へ行き脱衣所で他のお客様が浴衣だったので後にわかりました）その事は案内用紙に小さく書かれていたので気がつきません。その他は大変満足できました。"

Shampoo, soap, conditioner, brush, sponge, etc. A great buffet breakfast is provided Also it has vending machines and also the hotel has an Onsen (hot spring) and public bathing facility on the 1st floor. "Friendly ryokan style hotel with onsen and hot-stone sauna. Our room had a nice outdoor shower and private onsen. The restaurant served amazing food. It’s a popular family onsen, so expect it to be lively, especially during weekends. Absolutely recommended. "
