"Lovely hotel in central location, despite this it was still quiet at night. Rooftop pool was a real bonus to cool us down after hot days out visiting places. All the staff were wonderful and kind, giving recommendations of places to go and providing a travel agent service, they also were helpful with luggage storage. The breakfast buffet was varied and catered for all tastes. We didn't eat dinner or take afternoon tea in the hotel as we were out and about most if the time. Overall highly recommended and we'd definitely suggest staying here to friends and family"

"We were 5 people in a 3 bedroom apartment. It was just perfect. Everyone has its own space. Hotel has gym, swimming pool and entertainment area with pool tables, ping pong, video games and more. Location is superb - walking distance or very short ride to all the common attractions. Highly recommended."

"Hotel Nikko Saigon is hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in all my travels around the world. From the moment I arrived, the professionalism and hospitality of the staff were remarkable. Although their English isn’t perfect, they communicated effectively, ensuring I understood everything I needed to know. If something wasn’t clear, they patiently clarified it until I was fully informed. The breakfast spread was truly impressive! They offered a wide range of cuisines, including Korean, Japanese, and Vietnamese dishes, all of high quality. The fruit selection was fresh and delicious, and I especially enjoyed the fresh coconut served in its shell—such a nice touch! And the Vietnamese iced coffee? Absolutely perfect. My room experience was exceptional as well. They upgraded me from a deluxe room to a premium suite without me even asking, making me feel like a VIP guest which I indeed was. The room was beyond what I expected—beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Overall, Hotel Nikko Saigon is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for top-notch service, incredible food, and a comfortable, luxurious stay in Ho Chi Minh City. Highly recommended!"
