"My stay was great! The room was clean and orderly. They have a smart toilet which was amazing. I had a view of the city from my room. The breakfast buffest was good. They cater more to Asian cuisine but you can find eggs, toast and cereal. They cleaned everyday and gave us fresh towels daily. The front desk staff was friendly but some things got lost in translation regarding our total hotel bill. We had alot of back and forth even at check out. I would recommend just paying in full before you go. Also they did not make it clear that they don't exchange our currency which was the Philippine Peso. Banks are closed on weekends and it is hard to find money exchange places other than the airport. So just ask very simple and clear questions when you first arrive. But all was good in the end. I would return again but I would pay upfront as it was too confusing as to the total bill as they held 1 night on my card which I was told just 2 days before."

"This is the third time i stay here. First time was in 2019, stayed for a couple of weeks. Fast forward to this year, front desk lady Carrie still recognized me! Staff here all speak very good English. Lobby and common area always kept clean. Beds are comfortable and firm. "

"Super convenient location, 3 minutes' walk from Xinbeitou Station. Near the attractions and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Good variety of breakfast which tastes surprisingly delicious. The hot spring bath tub is supurb - nothing beats a relaxing hot spring bath after a day of walking around."

"Only a few a minutes walk from Xinbeitou station, the staff were all helpful and amazing in the hotel and hot spring. In the no-clothes onsen, there were 5 pools (of which 2 were volcanic water of up to 40C and up to 43C respectively) plus sauna. The verbena shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion smelt gorgeous. We liked the novelty of a Japanese style room with tatamis and Japanese toilet too."

"Recommend for vacation stay. Worth mentioning, bike renting is just at the corner cross street from the hotel, as well as a short walk off the sidewalk along the river. You can take bike onto the ferry to the other side of river and bike around in the area. Also, on Bali side, there are a variety of options to eat. "
