"Great location, very helpful staff"

"The hotel is on a quiet street in a central location. Staff was friendly, service was good overall. Breakfast was OK, one would expect a better food variety in a 4-star hotel. Our standard room had windows almost below the street level, so we could not keep the windows open. Everything else was fine."

"We LOVED our stay here! Right from when we checked in, we got a glass of champagne and a snack, followed by a wonderful breakfast hand delivered to our room the next morning. Everything was spotless, and the staff was very welcoming. The only thing that you should be aware of is there is no lift, so if you can’t do stairs, ask for a main floor suite. Highly recommend this place in Coimbra! "
