"I absolutely loved this ryokan. The pictures online do not do it justice; the property is even better in person. The staff were very welcoming. The meals were amazing. The property was bigger than I thought it would be. The setting was peaceful. It was exactly what I was looking for. My only recommendation is that the shuttle from the train station should have a sign with the name of the property. "

"お正月に一泊二日しました。早めの到着でしたが、無料送迎で温泉街まで送って頂き、チェックインまで時間を有効に使うことができました。どのスタッフさんも皆さん感じ良く、気持ち良く過ごす事出来ました。食事もとでも美味しかったし、温泉もとても気持ちよかったです。男性用のお風呂は少し狭く1種類しか無いようですが本館まで行けば楽しめるかと。館内もとても綺麗でアロマの香りで癒されました。"
