"TV was horrible to operate. Hotel room was very outdated. I requested a lower room close the elevator and accessible for my elderly parent and did not receive that; in fact, the room was the furthest from the elevator. I wasn't aware that there wasn't daily cleaning service. We did call and ask for clean towels and refresh of coffee and they did bring it up right away."

"Great location, very clean. Pools and hot tubs were conveniently located. The ones in the front of the resort were very clean and well kept. The ones in the back part of the resort were a little less well maintained. (Dirt in pool bottom,etc). Staff was very responsive to needs. I would recommend leaving a few more bath towels, as we had to request them multiple times. Started out with three towels for four people, and we were staying five days. It was a bit annoying to have to get the time...

"From the moment we checked in until the day we left, the staff was helpful and friendly. The condo was freshly clean and neat! Everything was in order, as it should be! The owners was very nice during the process of booking and checking in, just very sweet people! We enjoyed the convenience of being close to downtown Gatlinburg, and we loved the hot tub and heated pool, at resort! We will be back!"

"West gate was amazing! The 2 1 bedroom suites worked out perfect for us. The view from balcony was awesome. We loved the water park and the infinity pool. Alex was very helpful when I had questions! Only downfall were the bears! Very cool to see them every night or morning but a little too close for comfort."

"We were pretty pleased with the resort. Concierge was extremely helpful! Gave 4 stars on accuracy of listing due to mix up with rooms. However, the owner went above and beyond to rectify the issue and procured us another room. Great place to stay and would definitely return!"

"We came for a baseball tournament and decided to stay in the mountains. The views were amazing! We had two connecting rooms which was nice. Lots to do at the resort. Kids loved the water park. Was nice to have a full size washer dryer in each room as well as a full kitchen. The restaurant on the grounds was a great option for early mornings. Had one small issue but was taken care of quickly. Host was very responsive before, during and after our stay."
