Not only that, but our original room was not ready even though we checked in after 4, so the nice front desk lady placed us in an upgraded room with a view without us even asking. "

"Stayed for two nights with my 2 and 4 y/o boys. Very family friendly, great indoor pool area. John at the front desk was super helpful during check in. We walked to the Anakeesta ticket office in about 15-20 minutes pushing a stroller. Very convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. There was a power outage in Gatlinburg our last night which was inconvenient, but the front desk staff (I can’t remember her name, Hida maybe!) were so kind in offering to help get my kids and stroller up five flights of stairs while the elevator wasn’t working. Restaurant isn’t fancy, but is convenient if you need to feed your kids without having to walk to the strip. Our server was really sweet and patient with my toddlers. If you’re looking for a budget friendly, family friendly place to stay in Gatlinburg, this is a great option! Will definitely be back!"
