"This hotel was absolutely stunning, everything was very new and clean. Food was a bit pricier than other restaurants, but it was so much better quality and definitely worth the price! Staff and service were absolutely amazing! Breakfast was also incredible. The only negative point and something to avoid - ensure not to book any of the excursions through the hotel, as they lied about trip times etc and charged us double the price for a trip that was exactly the same as the ones sold outside the hotel with other people who had paid a lot less! "

"My stay was wonderful. Everything from the room, food, amenities, staff and beach was great. Food was delicious, a wide variety and well displayed. I had a relaxing time. Security was excellent and not intrusive in any way. Pools were lovely and it was perfect having a heated one as the weather was chilly at times. (The inside pool is only accessible to guests between 12 and 2 p.m) It would have been helpful to know about the timings of access to the outside pools, the towel pool hut or when any entertainment that was going on around the hotel. It was not displayed anywhere and I was not made aware of any timings or where things were being held particularly for the evenings. All in all a brilliant stay. Thank you very much. "

"Great little stay with family and friends. I was apprehensive before travelling due to some reviews but fears were laid to rest early. I'll start with the reviews from others. The noise from the night club. Our room eas located right above the front of the club (room 4144) and could we hear it..yes! Did it stop me, my wife or 9 and 4 year old from sleeping no. The only occasion I feel this would be a problem is if you kept your patio doors open on an evening. Next, breakfast time. Was it busy whereby people were queuing for food and there was a shortage of cups/ glasses. Yes, which was mildly frustrating but a lot of the queues were for rhe fresh eggs/ omelettes being made or for coffees. However in a hotel that size it is fully expected especially during peak times of 8:30-10:30am. We normally went for breakfast around 7:30/ 8am and it was alot quieter! Onto the rest. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much to ask from checking in, room cleaning, table service to checking out. The food in the pool side restaurant was well priced (we only did bed and breakfast) and whilst the alcohol and soft drinks were pricier than bars on the promenade, it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. The animation staff and activities for kids were brilliant and was a welcome restbite for parents during the day. The evening entertainment was mixed. Some were good others were so so. Overall a solid hotel that is currently modernising and renovating the rooms. Will be back! "

"Location is in central Agadir, close to a bunch of cafes and restaurants, staff are friendly and welcoming. This is a place to drop your bags and explore, great view of the mountain, water was hot and great pressure, room clean, bed comfy, balcony great 😁. Brush up on your french and arabic 😀 but they also speak english. The only issue that isnt the hotels fault is the smell of cigarette smoke..they love to smoke ha They provide an airport pick up at additional fee, they wait for you outside the arrivals area in the airport, id recommend doing this as ita reliable and safe . If you love cats prepared to have dinner guests whenever you eat haha. Orange taxis are your go too to get to the souk, beach or anywhere you need to go. 2 super markets 7 min walk away..great for bottles of water, snacks etc. Pretty much everywhere is cash only. Light breakfast provided at restaurant in the hotel but there are a bunch of local eateries to try and get your taste buds explored. This hotel sits in square among the local people and provide a friendly service with a 😃. You want to get to know the culture this is your hotel to stay at 😊"
