"Very beautiful property near heart of Coimbra. Host was great to communicate with. We asked about a Fado recommendation and she provided an excellent option - we really enjoyed it. Parking was a challenge but it always is in the cities, so you just have to be ready to adapt. "

"The location of this apartment is right in the middle of the action. Grocery and laundry are minutes away. The listing advertises room for 3, but definitely not 3 adults. The folding bed (stored in the stairwell) is only 165cm (5'6") long, so not good for anyone but a child. "What an amazing property! Outdoor space with pool, BBQ, dining table and sun loungers was used frequently. All bedrooms were a good size. View from the upper terrace was breathtaking. "The house is a beautifully redone schist structure in the center of Talasnal. All the comforts of home; nicely stocked kitchen, great fireplace (heated the whole house), comfortable beds, and nice hot showers. Great hikes just walking out the front door…although we did get lost the first day. Haha. Both Joao and Alda were super responsive and so helpful. Even offering to pick us up in Candal after our very long misplaced hike. Definitely purchase any supplies before arriving as the tiny Mercado...
