"フロントスタッフの対応がよく気持ち良いのに設備不良が多すぎる 宿泊部屋のウォッシュレット便座は電源が入らず使用できない、ベッド下からはゴミが出てくる、共用大浴場ではシャワーホースやカランからの漏れ、シャワーヘッドホルダーのガタつき、脱衣所のロッカー鍵のバンド切れなど数えきれず　宿泊料金を少し上げてでも設備修理改修すべき　このようなことでホテルの評価が下がってしまうことはスタッフがかわいそうでならない"

"This was a great hotel.. one of the biggest rooms on our 4 week trip...but...it was advertised as a adults only...now in Australia that means no kids...but here Japan it means a LOVE HOTEL. It was a bit of a shock but it really didnt spoil our stay...we didnt see or hear anything remotely seedy and the staff were wonderful"
