"Nice place, good location, helpful staff, very weird breakfast (de-facto the thing called "breakfast" was a pack of some dishes collected and placed in a paper bag. It was small, and I doubt if eatable at all - tested some of them and the test bite was actually the only bite I did)"

"If you paid to stay at this hotel, you have already paid too much. The only redeeming quality of this place is the staff, they were friendly and polite. As for the building, to call this hotel "dated" is an understatement as it is right out of the 1960s. The room was hot and the AC was not working properly. We opened the windows to cool off, but the area around the hotel was not great. It was noisy and smelled like diesel. The room had a lot of dust and the carpets were dirty. I would not...

"Nice room 1414 close top station,washing machine and nice breakfast"

"Pillow is a bit hard. I think it could be changed if request. I stayed 2 nights and only pressed the "change towels button". The towel bag was hung on my door handle. They didn’t come inside to do cleanup (i.e. rubbish bag also not changed). I saw someone put towel bag inside "used towel" in the onsen area. It is not very hygiene if it places clean towel again."

"This hotel is right next to professional bike racing track so you can watch athletes train. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They watched our luggage before and after our stay. Their breakfast was incredibly good."
