"Lovely hotel situated close to city centre. Clean and spacious room with very comfortable bed. All the staff we met, including receptionist, breakfast manager, bar tenders and cleaners went above and beyond to always engage with us and ensure we had a good time."

"Staff were very helpful. For the orice it was extremely good, it is in the centre of inverness with a 24 hr multistorey carpark very which charges £9 for a days parking. I would quite happily book again, indeed i am booking a short two day stay in July here to prove i liked it. Menu was basic but the pizza i had appeared to be stone baked. I stayed on a monday so the bar was very quiet so i have no idea what it is lije on a weekend."

"A wonderful old hotel, so convenient for public transport users, especially the train. Well that was why it was built. It would always be my first choice of places in Inverness. If you wish to be negative you could say finding the upper rooms is not straightforward. To me, that's a great characteristic - you may find yourself coming down by the right or left side of the wonderful staircase - it's very bonnie."
