"DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. The phone number listed is out of service and there is NO WAY to contact anyone at this property, as it is managed by a third party. I booked 2 nights, tried to get ahold of someone to give us keys and instructions on how to check in and the phone number doesn't work. I contacted the property through Expedia and the management company got back to me 36 hours later. In the meantime, we had to drive 40 minutes out of Inverness to even find a hotel for the first night and...

"Communication was great - clear and concise with everything explained well. Check in was all remote. We chose to add the parking for our stay - this is attached to the unit complex with lift access. The building and apartment were amazing. We had a 2 bedroom apartment- very spacious and well maintained. Full kitchen as well. Great view from the balcony. Many options for food within 5 min walk. "Stayed for 3 nights while visiting family in the highlands. Will definitely make this our preferred hotel to stay in on future visits. Every member of staff so pleasant and friendly. Nice relaxed atmosphere and so impressed with the included breakfast. Did not expect to have cooked breakfast as part of continental breakfast. "

"We stayed for 2 nights in the Rowan suite. It was absolutely brilliant, room was immaculate and very clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and even showed us to our room and how to use some of the amenities. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and we will definitely be returning. "
