"I had a family room during I stay. 2 double beds which was quite comfy for 3 of us. ( kids is 7 years old). I would say the room are clean enough, next to MTR so very easy to travel around And big shopping mall near by too. The down side is noise problems, if the next room is loud then you can almost can hear their conversation. I were unlucky on the 1st night, our neighbors start to make noise in early morning in 6am.
