"We made reservations in November 2020 for our stay in June 2021. We arrived at the hotel and were turned away by the security guard as it was only housing housing COVID-19 guests. We had to quickly find a new hotel. This was a prepaid hotel stay and after calling the hotel multiple times we have still not received a refund."

"10min walk to the airport but that was downhill. Think I'd pay the 20 bucks to go to hotel. Nice clean hotel with lovely staff."

"We had a lagoon view bungalow. Extremely well situated, close to the beach. The compound gives the feel of a peaceful village with bungalows scattered on the lawn. We cannot review the restaurant, because there were many other dining opportunities in the vicinity that we tried out."

Over water bungalow and surrounding water was beautiful Staff was excellent -5 star and above. Snorkeling , kayak and Paddle board etc. right at the resort. A once in a lifetime vacation for myself. "The hotel and the property are beautiful. All the "rooms" are bungalows right on the beach, and the bungalow was large and beautifully done. You can swim/snorkel right from the beach. The pool is also nice. Food in the restaurant is great, and the staff is wonderful. "

"We loved our time at the Westin Bora Bora. The overwater bungalow was awesome, so clean and well maintained. The people were very friendly and helpful. They had refillable water bottles at check in and water filling stations throughout the resort. Rachel, Te’amo, Varuna, Mirabell, and many others working at the resort were so welcoming and fun to chat with. The turtle hospital was great to visit and I loved that the turtles they were rehabilitating had a large lagoon to swim in. The...
