"The property’s location is right next to Venice Mall (which is incredibly convenient), SM Aura and Bonifacio High Street/Market Market are also very near. I would expect more luxuriousness from a “luxury residence,” but I think the price and location offset this. Also, very little time should be spent in the room, considering all of the great areas surrounding this hotel. "

"I recommend this place to stay in. Easy access to shopping, dining, and grocery. Hotel staff are nice. The place is clean too. Only one thing that we didn’t like is the elevator. There is a distinct smell of the elevator. Overall the place is clean. We enjoyed staying in here. "
