Some of the listed amenities were not true, such as the gym, it was there and very nice, however, unless you were an actual resident of the building, you were not allowed to use the facility. The other thing, which was one of the primary reasons I selected the property, along with the gym, it stated that parking was available, but it did not state that it was at a cost! Trickery tactics, not appreciated at all. "
