"Our stay at Serenity villa was just the best! The villa is sublime: beautiful, large rooms, great social spaces and the pool was nice and warm - the kids loved it. Beatriz was brilliant: very quick to respond; always helpful and incredibly friendly - she set a new standard for helpful hosts! Her recommendation for a chef who could come to the villa - Eduardo (with his partner) - was perfect. Good value, delicious food and both so friendly. "I adored this property! An older house with endless charm in a lovely and quiet location. The view is absolutely breathtaking, you can even see Teide! Checking in and checking out was super easy and painless. Overall the house was very clean but the master bathroom could have been cleaner. There were a lot of hairs left behind. There is no AC but, with the breeze from the ocean we didn't need it. There is one fan for the master bedroom, it would be nice if there were also fans in the other...

"The owners were extremely helpful and made sure that our holiday went without a hitch. They came in each week, and gave the villa a thorough clean. They were there each morning between 6 and 9 am and tended the chickens and the gardens and were available should we have any issues to resolve. Plenty of eggs were left for us through out our stay, and when we first arrived milk, bread, butter, ham and cheese was left for us so we did not have to rush to the shops. All in all a very pleasant...

"The villa had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was good, kitchen had all you would need. Jacuzzi was super, although there is a time limit of 2pm-10pm. We did not use the plunge pool, as it was to cool. The villia is situated just minutes from TF5 - which gives you easy access to the rest of the island. In a very quite area with beautiful views of sea and Teide. Thank you Ana for all your help. PS - DO NOT leave passport or money in your car! We had ours taken -...
