"Enjoyable stay."

"The villa is a good size and in a quiet area but unfortunately the up-keeping of the property is very neglected. The cleaning wasn’t done properly so they had to re do it the day after we arrived. A few other bits weren’t working (dishwasher and coffee machine). The communication with the property management company was very frustrating as there are too many people involved and lots of miscommunication going on. "We enjoyed our special times relaxing on the balcony in the evening watching the sunsets. The pool area was nice. A very easy commute into puerto de la cruz. Loved the mountain side of Tenerife where the house is located. The property could use a little spruce up."

"Aus diesen Objekt könnte man mehr machen. Es sind zusammengewürfelte ältere Möbel vorhanden. Nur das Bett im Untergeschoss war einigermassen bequem. Poolabdeckung ziemlich schmutzig. Im Untergeschoss unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Sideboard vor dem Schlafzimmer . Die Küche ist okay. Ein Kühlschrank im Untergeschoss wäre sehr sinnvoll. Ansonsten alles so wie beschrieben."

"The owners were extremely helpful and made sure that our holiday went without a hitch. They came in each week, and gave the villa a thorough clean. They were there each morning between 6 and 9 am and tended the chickens and the gardens and were available should we have any issues to resolve. Plenty of eggs were left for us through out our stay, and when we first arrived milk, bread, butter, ham and cheese was left for us so we did not have to rush to the shops. "Great views and bird watching. Clean. Nice rural area and secure parking. Nice garden with fruit trees. I had a fresh pomegranate. Great place to see stars. Road and airport noise. Best to keep windows closed at night. Should verify all things are working before renter arrives. I shouldn’t have to fix the door or change the gas for the stove on first use. I was tired and hungry and am not familiar with gas."

"There is lots of space in the house, and the outside area has far reaching views over La Laguna and towards the sea. The owner, who lives next door, has a vast knowledge and love of the island which she shares generously, with great tips for days out."

"Absolutely horrible stay, disgusting stay & even worse service. Should have know this was going to be a disastrous stay the night before, the property manager emailed stating there was a plumbing issue with the upstairs bathroom but was hopefully getting fixed. At this point I should have said we were cancelling & to refund us! We checked in & there was sewage smell which the plumbers came to try & fix but the smell was there throughout our stay. "I adored this property! An older house with endless charm in a lovely and quiet location. The view is absolutely breathtaking, you can even see Teide! Checking in and checking out was super easy and painless. Overall the house was very clean but the master bathroom could have been cleaner. There were a lot of hairs left behind. There is no AC but, with the breeze from the ocean we didn't need it. There is one fan for the master bedroom, it would be nice if there were also fans in the other...
