"This was a great place for our friend group, with plenty of room for 16 adults. You are in the mountains, but it is just a short drive from Boulder. The views from the property are awesome. Beds were comfortable. Communication with the hosts was easy. One of my favorite moments of the weekend was walking down to the ponds and doing a walk around the property. There is a short, but fun trail that makes you feel in nature without leaving the property. "

"My wife and I were in town for a wedding and it worked out great. You are literally a one block walk to the free shuttle, but you probably won't even take it. There are so many places to eat, drink, and be merry within walking distance. I loved that the kitchen was a little bit separated from the great room so we could cook and prepare without having everyone gather IN the kitchen...hahaha. "We loved the house! Really close to Granby Ranch ski resort. Very cozy and our kids loved the games. We got so much snow while in town it was amazing. Sledding down hill out back was epic! Great hosts and great communicators."

"Good location, easy check in. Garage is really good to have in the winter. Overall good rental for the week we were there.There was a broken window (likely due to construction of additional condos in the same area) and a drawer full of used tissues in one of the bedside tables. "

"We stayed at this cabin back in 2021 over Christmas and were able to come back for Christmas 2024. We had a great time just like the last time. There were so many games and puzzles, as well as a large area inside and outside to explore. Great hosts. Also had a Christmas tree, which made it even better. We had 3 adults, 2 kids, & 2 dogs stay & it was wonderful."
