The light rail stop is just opposite to the property. Bus stops are 2 minutes away. The property is a bit old, however, reasonably clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The gym provided basic equipment for daily work out routine although it was a little small. Overall comment is satisfactory.

No communication about garage for parking at back until we arrived and had to call. Room had multiple cockroaches, rooms facing main road with inadequate sound proofing. Double glazing could cut this down quite significantly. Good in room facilities.

The property was clean, beds comfortable, good pool and gym and location to Randwick centre and hospitals. Easy check in and check out. Parking was good. Some of the light switches were broken and the shower heads wouldn’t stay in place, but everything else was good :-)

To Whom it May Concern, I stayed at your apartments for 4 nights and it had to be the worse stay I have ever had. We can from Canberra for my daughters surgery and the moment we came it has been a disgrace. As soon as we walk in the apartment stank. All of the tiled areas were filthy and many things were either broken and not repaired or missing ( ie painting half done on the bathroom walls ) There was no dishwasher powder and worst of all the curtains had mould all over the back of the curtains, which is a very serious health hazard. When entering and exiting the the basement level to the carpark you could hardly bare the same terrible smell and the lifts squeak and need maintenance. To top everything off as you can see i was woken many times from 2am with a party going on directly underneath me and as you can tell from the time I am sending this email it is still going on. Shouting on the balcony, slamming the doors inside and going in and out of the balcony. I think this has to be the first complaint I have ever written and I have never left so ripped off. Management should consider some type of compensation for my stay or I will have no choice then to communicate to Wotif and others to very stay at Waldorf ever. Your so disappointed guests

The room was facing the busy street and there was a lot of traffic noise. Nice apartment, but it was dated. It will be much nicer when the Tram Lines in front are runnings.

For the name of "Waldorf" and the price, I expected a higher quality. The room was very average condition, old smelly and small. Plus the noise from the traffic and the upstairs rooms kept us awake. I would recommend staying here unless there was nothing else available.

Great for Sydney and the beaches
Stayed here for 4 and was really impressed by the staff. The room was large and cane with everything that you would need. It is showing it's age at the edges and could do with a lick of paint but that is not a rain not to stay here. Ideal location for the city with the new tram line about to go operational here and the Royal Randwick racecourse is right opposite. Public transport is excellent with plenty of buses passing the hotel.

The location is not very convenient if you are there for tourism. But if you are looking for a quite area near the nature, that’s the place. Quite convenient bus to the centre. No market or dining option nearby though there are two small convenient stores at the gas stations within 5’ walk. Wifi does not work at all in room and apparently nothing can be done about it. Some efforts needed relating to the cleaning as well.
