"Excellent location. The staff in the pub were friendly and delightful. The room was clean. The double bed in room 7 needs a new mattress and a wood slate is underneath the bed and should be fixed. But overall a very pleasant stay for the one night."

"You can’t beat the location of this cute little pub on the outskirts of the city centre. On-site parking was a huge plus. The breakfasts and dinners at the pub were reasonable and very tasty. Atmosphere of the pub was great. The beds probably need replacing as the springs were gone and they creak badly every time you turn slightly. The music from the pub or road noise might be a bit annoying if you don’t like staying up late, but it wasn’t too bad. Overall a lovely stay that was very convenient...

"The place was nice and quiet, staff were lovely, breakfast was very good, bed was really comfortable, fan in the room was nice. Only a couple of slight negatives. The room was a little dusty on some of the surfaces and a couple of the walls could do with dusting too. Also there looks to be a coffee stain on the wall, and also the shower flow was weak. These things didn't take away from the enjoyment of my stay however. I had a lovely stay and i would stay here again."
