"We booked a junior suite as we were celebrating a special birthday. The suite was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Beautiful view looking at the ocean. You can lie on the bed and see the ocean. Breakfast was very enjoyable. I would stay again. The only downside was paying to park at the hotel. Which was £12. I think it should be included in the room price. "

The check-in process was flawless starting with the email to pre check-in and concluding with our early arrival at the front desk where the staff took care of us quickly and efficiently which was appreciated since we had just flown in from Canada and were very tired. The rooms were clean, efficient and as described - closer to a dormitory room than a high end traditional hotel room - which was fine as we were only there for the one night prior to getting on to a cruise. The hotel is easily reached from the Southampton Central station, the cruise port and the Old Town. "
