"We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful mountain cabin. Well appointed, comfortable and cozy perched on the mountain with wonderful views. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Close to the new Hatleys Point ski resort where we got to enjoy a day full of skiing followed by a relaxing time in the hot tub back at the cabin. Highly recommend!"

"Cabin was perfect. My only suggestion would be leaving a spare propane tank for the grill for guests to switch if needed. Unfortunately the propane tank ran out half way through us cooking dinner the one night we tried to use it. Other than that, all was great!"

"This is our 4th year in a row to stay at this cabin. My 2 boys (9,15) love this cabin and surrounding land. We love to fish, explore and build fires in the fire pit. We also love to look for cray fish and shoot BB guns… "

"The property was lovely but we struggled with a few things... accessing the internet and thus, the TV, was a challenge. The upstairs living area is a good bit smaller than it appears. Locked ourselves out of the bathroom, so caution: that's easy to do! The upstairs furniture is firm - a bit stiff. Would stay again, but just good to know what the set up is like."

"This is a cozy little cabin convenient to Hendersonville and Asheville, not far off I-26. The pictures on the listing were accurate, directions were good, and how to access the property was clear. We loved the vineyard and mountain view. Nearby Burntshirt Vineyards was fantastic. I wish we'd had better weather to be able to enjoy the outdoor area. There was no wifi (despite being listed as an amenity), unfortunately, and if we'd stayed any longer that would have been a real problem. I recommend...

"We had a great stay at the settlers cabin! Great location in the woods and the bed was very comfortable. It had everything we needed including firewood. We watched a movie at the theatre and it was like being in an AMC. Host was a great communicator. Highly recommend!"

"Lake lure took a big hit to the storm. But this cabin had all we needed to keep us occupied during our stay. Restaurants and some shops are open. Loved how everyone is so open to helping each other. House was so lovely, owner was very accommodating. Anytime I had a question. I texted him personally. He responded very quickly. I highly recommend this house. We will come back."
