"We had a nice time at this location. We spent a good amount of time in the yard and deck. Our grandkids especially liked the playground set. There were plenty of bedrooms for our group. We were disappointed with the bathroom situation. The basement bathroom is very small and you have to enter the sleeping area to get to the bathroom. The kitchen had what we needed but it is very small. We enjoyed eating outside on the large table on the deck. The beds were average. Some were better than others....

"The house is incredible. There is plenty to do inside and out. The downstairs has everything from table games to a theater room. The outside firepit, grass, pickleball court and hot tub is excellent. It is well stocked with toys and fun things for all ages. The bedrooms and kitchen are excellent. And it is really close to the hot springs, tubing the river and the pools. All and all we had a great time at our family outing."

I was so excited to find the Bins, because they looked so unique on the app. When we arrived, I was so happy to discover they were even nicer and cleaner than the images. The beds are comfy, I love the living room and kitchen set up. It is perfect for long chats, allowing us to sit comfortably. I recommend the Bins to anyone who is heading to Lava. "We arrived in Lava Hot Springs just before 4:00 p.m. and drove straight to the property at 42 Ivy, Lava Hot Springs. The yard was shaded and everything looked inviting and like "home". We got settled in and started dinner. The oven pilot light would start. We worked and worked on it. Finally we called the number on the front window and reached a party. They said someone would be right over. Within twenty minutes a gentleman showed up, fixed it and was on his way, not bothering us at all. The...
