"We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for my nephews state wrestling tournament. (He took 3rd!) anyway, the property was nice, we had all we needed. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the queen bed 🛌 n the top floor room was miserable! It dips terribly in the middle. Also, the directions posted all over the house made us feel a little less than welcome. So maybe rethink all that. We do know how to use a duvet and window shades. We’re not stupid. "

"Very clean - extremly small - could have used a second chair to avoid all but one from having to stand - very handy for a tiny community like Bancroft - no local dining facility - had to travel to next community to eat or buy groceries"

"This place is like a hidden gem! The room was very spacious very updated and extremely clean. The restaurant and gas station are right there everyone's really friendly and I can keep an eye on all of my things in the trailer. Can't beat the price and like I said very updated large TV nice bathroom computer desk refrigerator microwave etc etc I highly recommend if you need a place to stay overnight on your long drive."

"All the hotels in Lava Hot Springs are old and little beat up and Adventures Vacation rentals is not exempt from that statement however the staff at Adventures Vacation Rentals was excellent and the location just off of Main street make this property a good value. "
