"Great hotel and spa, really well presented building and the rooms were clean, well equipped and quiet. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very attentive and polite. OK it's a little pricey but well worth the experience overall. The only negative for me was from the Lava restaurant where I had probably the worst steak ever especially given it's hefty price tag."

"The staff was very helpful and nice! Oley(sp?) was always willing to give us tourist type pointers and hints. The breakfast was great! There was someone there monitoring the food to make sure it was fresh. It was a typical European breakfast with a waffle maker. 😊 The Hot tub is the same sulfur water that all the spas charge you for. And my husband loved the sauna. The Viking theme was extra fun. "

"We stayed here because of proximity to airport. Property looks in need of sprucing up both inside and out. It looks as if they are doing some work on the front of the hotel so we had to go in the back entrance. In the lobby, smelled strong smoke odor but that was probably because the back entrance was also where they designated smokers to go and smoke. "this guesthouse is in a convenient and good location for the airport with an airport shuttle also! lovely man who took us to the airport. the facilities such as shower and kitchen were good. beds where comfy and rooms big enough. the only downfall was the leather headboards were coming apart and the pillows and bed become covered in leather from this which is uncomfortable and itchy. "The hotel had great staff who made the hotel a great place to stay. I didnt use the many facilities they offer but nevertheless enjoyed it. The hotel is spotless and the room in which i stayed was very comfortable. The hotel doesnt have a courtesy bus to the airport but there are alternatives to the taxis if you look hard enough. I would certainly recommend this hotel from my experience of staying there."
