"1st check in @3 , we arrived at 4 and had to wait on shoulder of hwy 20 min for them to salt drive so we could drive down,the walk way and decks were covered in ice makeing it hard to get in.only 1 of 4 pinball worked,only 1 tv not 2 , could not use hot tub because the path to get into it was solid ice.not sure what kind of heat but very dry,up stairs was cold we slept on sofas.we have gone to 4 places in the last seven yrs.this is the 1st one we would not return to.mayed summer is better .too...

"The hosts were bery helpful, the property could have been alot cleanier as well as inside the home. There were spider webs, all corners and behind furniture was not clean and extrenely dusty. The outdoors can really use a clean up as well as some bug control, there were a ton of bugs. We walked around with no socks and our feet were black after 5 minutes. Overall it was nice, there is absolutley no service for 30 minutes each way. Listing could be alittle more accurate. We thought we"

"Great spot with river view, lovely wooden interior for cozy cabin feel. Wood stove for a nice evening by the fire, but modern heating. Well appointed kitchen. Hot tub fantastic. Fire pit looks awesome but didn’t get to use. On a scenic road along the Delaware, 10 mins to port jervis restaurants and bowling alley memory lanes. Milford worth the trip, great Main Street walkable shopping. Raymondskills falls was cool. Nice owners very easy to communicate. To turn the shower on, pull the little knob...

"The house was just as cozy and quaint as we had hoped. The deck overlooking the river is beautiful and there's plenty of backyard space for campfires and yard games. We used it as our home base before and after our river float trip along the Del Water Gap and would do so again."
