"The house is beautiful and very clean. Fun game room. Excellent view of the lake. Many sitting areas to enjoy. They provide games and books as well. The owner Neil answered all our questions promptly. Local food leaves a lot to be desired. Definitely AVOID Sussex Sit n Chat diner and avoid Silvio’s Villa (food was severely overpriced and tasted like prison cafeteria food. ) "

"Very clean house, nice kitchen stocked with snacks. We had a nice stay here. A chair needed repair but did not affect our stay, and the host assured us that the repair was already scheduled. Will likely use again next time we visit our daughter "

"My family and I were looking for a cozy getaway to spend New Year's together, and this place was just perfect! It was warm (we loved the pellet stove), had plenty of space to accommodate all of us, and had everything we needed to make our home-cooked dinners (including a grill!) Irene was very responsive and communicative throughout. Highly recommend this lovely cabin!"

David was extremely responsive and even gave us hiking and exploring tips. "1st check in @3 , we arrived at 4 and had to wait on shoulder of hwy 20 min for them to salt drive so we could drive down,the walk way and decks were covered in ice makeing it hard to get in.only 1 of 4 pinball worked,only 1 tv not 2 , could not use hot tub because the path to get into it was solid ice.not sure what kind of heat but very dry,up stairs was cold we slept on sofas.we have gone to 4 places in the last seven yrs.this is the 1st one we would not return to.mayed summer is better .too...
