"We had an amazing stay in Williamsburg! The unit was perfect! Spacious, clean, and well appointed. The beds were especially comfortable. But the service is what really made our stay. Check in was a breeze even though we didn’t arrive until 8:30. My daughter and her friend were starving after the 5 hr trek and the girl at the front desk gave us a great local recommendation. The next morning my daughter and her friend used the hairdryers in the same room at the same time and blew the fuse....

"Unit has a pullout bed but not enough bedding for it, not enough towels if you do have more than 2 ppl. Very disappointed in the activities. More than once the “closed” early. My 11 year old missed a lot because we would go to the event that was from 2-4 and at 315 the ride balloon lady said she was done and had to leave.
