"This place was so darn cozy, roomy and adorable! My girlfriends and I always do a fun getaway and this is our new addition. The property manager kept me updated on all things and even had the most delicious snack for us when we got there. Even though it ended up being too late(and cold) for the firepit, the PM had all of that ready for us also. 5 STARS for this ROCKSTAR place! "

"Enjoyed our stay. Great, quiet location. Parking was challenging on occasion, but doable. Easy access to the building, although the key fob went missing once, it was resolved quickly. Per the previous comments, I was aware the sofa bed wouldn't be the most comfortable for sleeping, but we made do just fine. Communication was excellent. Enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay."

"The apartment was perfect, nice size and clean. A perfect location to Williamsburg, Bush Gardens, and Water Country. Located in a quiet community and the apartment looks out on the lake. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay there again. The host was nice and prompt with answers to our questions. A nice restaurant within the community too"

Lastly, and most critically, the parking situation is not ideal and was not explained thoroughly enough. After our first entry to the parking pad, we made a multi-point turn to get out of the residence, since we didn't see any way to pull around, and turned left from the pad into the alleyway. We didn't realize that alley wasn't a throughfare and had items from other properties in the way,...

"The property was just as pictured. It was four of us and so spacious that we did not use an entire floor. The surrounding was pretty and peaceful. There was not any close shopping including grocery stores so stop before you arrive. However, we enjoyed the ferry ride across the river! We will definitely like to return when it gets warmer."
