"Place is great for a lay over or better way to stay in London. Free breakfast is great!!! Rooms a bit small but adequate. Staff was fantastic!!!!"

The shower was incredibly hot, but when we mentioned it, it was fixed instantly. We’ll definitely be returning! Everyone is very professional. "

He asked what time my flight was at and gave me several options and after I chose the taxi, he walked me out and called a taxi over. I had a similar great experience when I checked in. "
