"Booked a family room for four. Only 1 water bottle, 2 coffees and two teas left In room, so slippers and one bath robe. But there were two beds. Very nice lobby and restaurant and breakfast very good. The waiting staff were phenomenal. "

"Easy checj in and out, staffalso arranged transport to airport cost £15, excellent restaurant reasonably priced food also pub across road call three magpies also do food ,complimentary tea and coffees in restaurant and lounge area , so all in all although 3 star however get 5 star treatment , will definitely stay here again"

"Hotel has a wide variety of menu choices and great breakfast buffet. The rooms are satisfactory but don’t have many amenities such as mini fridge or hairdryer in the room. "

"The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Wonderful comfy bed and bedding! Great accommodation for a a long or short stay, as rooms are equipped with blackout curtains and adequate kitchen supplies;(microwave, fridge, kettle, utensils). The only thing missing are essential toiletries, but they are available for purchase in the lobby. Would definitely stay again and an easy drive( or Shuttle bus away) from Heathrow."
