"Staff are definitely their strongest asset! Hotel was clean and in good condition. Only issue really was area around it isn’t great, this is definitely an overnight Heathrow location. "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the years and always found them to be very accommodating. These last two stays were as expected although on my last stay (November 13th) I found the wi-fi was not up to its usual standards, but the room was very good and the tv remote worked better than the previous time, I think the remote just needed new batteries!!! Other than that I would always recommend this hotel."

"Good checkin and consierge to our room. We called reception to ask how to turn up the heat as the room was cold. It didn’t work and we ended up putting the robes over us to keep warm. When we left this morning it was warmer in the corridor "

"Was upgraded to executive, which gave us access to a private lounge. The staff are friendly and efficient,the hotel very convenient, have stayed before and would definitely book again"

"Excellent place to stay and the presentation and options were fantastic. Loved the TV coming up from the bottom of the bed. However, when I told friends where I’d stayed and attempted to describe the red velvet wallpaper, dimly lit room with leather floors, gold tiled bathroom and leather studded bed & and animal prints, they called me a pervert!!. Still, I’d definitely come again, or should that be stay again."

"Like so many a stay before flying off to our holiday. Hotel was great, clean comfortable and friendly. Think the parking charge was a bit expensive considering we were staying at the hotel, not sure why but think ill check costs next time!!!"

"Ideal for a morning flight from Heathrow Terminal 5. Far more relaxed than rushing across London on the day. The pod transfer to the airport is very easy and convenient."

"Very convenient hotel for the airport. Just a short walk from terminal 4 along an enclosed walkway. Building is split between Crowne Plaza and Holiday inn. Rooms in CP are large and comfortable though done are a long walk from the lifts. "

"Perfect for if you are travelling from either Terminal 2 or 3. The room is basic but the shower is good, decent products and seemed very clean. There is a M&S food hall downstairs and places to get coffee. No window in the room but it was only a place to get some sleep before an early flight. "
