"We arrived late at night post checking out the night night market at Surat Thani as check in available until 23.45 :) Please be awake: black elephant boutique and 88 fine hotel are combined. We booked a room in 88 fine hotel and was expecting to sleep in one of the detached rooms as per photos in the booking- however we stayed on the second floor of the black elephant boutique. The stairs are very steep- so would recommend when booking to book first floor if needed! Other than that- room...

"We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location is very convenient with a mall just a few minutes walk away, a bus station from where bus goes to the airport about 15-20 min walk, restaurants and street market are in walking distance, around 15 min walk. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. The only downside, there is no elevator. You have to take your luggage by yourself by stairs."
