"Love everthingelse except my room. Should have selected superior room rather than a standard one. The standard room I was assigned to seem to have depleted. No changing room because hotel was on busy week. Breakfast were awesomeeee. The resto even prepared us 'take away' brealfast ad we checked out during early hour of the morning (2 AM). Room service Excellent. "

"Staff were so welcoming. They always had a greeting or a smile. All were very helpful including recommending trips for a day away like visiting mount Bromo. "

"Wonderful location. Foyer led straight into the mall. Gym facilities and pool were nice and breakfast buffet was exceptional. Only downside no kids crèche (there was one for the connecting hotel but required fees)."
