"Very comfy, quiet house with great decoration throughout. It was near our Dripping Springs family's home and convenient to everything we needed. The property manager responded quickly and professionally to our texts. Hope we get to stay there again."

"My family of four really enjoyed our weekend stay at this property. The home was very clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The best part about the property for us was the location. We wanted the 'ranch' feel - but also conveniences and restaurants in close proximity. We got exactly that - the view from the back porch is amazing and the kids 'explored' the property. We were 5-10 minutes from the main area of Dripping Springs with HEB, restaurants and several breweries...

"We had a great getaway here. It's a well setup comfortable home. Everything was stocked and had easy communication with owners. The size and depth of the pool was awesome. We had some warm days to cool off with a dip. We enjoyed seeing wildlife; fish in a stock tank, lots of birds, a turkey, and deer."

"The house was exactly as pictured and excellent for the stay. The outdoor space was lovely for our wedding and everyone thought it was a great location/venue. Prior to the weekend communication was excellent but when it came time to actually being there, communication went downhill. A wedding can be high stress so having that happen was frustrating; however, the owner did get someone to come mow the outdoor event space on the day of the event and it gave us just enough time to finish decorating....

"This is our second time to rent Austin Condo Hotel. We love the rooftop patio and pool. In 50-degree temps, it was warm enough to enjoy the rooftop patio overlooking the city, but wasn't warm enough to go into the pool. There was strict adherence to the 4 p.m. check-in time, so we had 30 minutes to wait, and the next door bar's Happy Hour also started at 4 and we didn't buy anything, so those times were unfriendly to us. We tried to ask about checkout at the desk but were told that they knew...

"Great apartments, we really enjoyed the view over the food truck park and being so close to so many great restaurants and bars. Pay close attention to the instructions on how to check in and they are clear and easy. We had issues with the hot water. There was limited/no hot water at night, possibly its on an off peak timer or something. Also the shower pressure and head is terrible, the worst I have expereinced. You get a tiny square inch of water, same size as the square shower head. "

We tried to ask about checkout at the desk but were told that they knew nothing about the check out requirements and we should check our email, but we are on vacation and don't check our digital sources. Front desk gave us a number to call and the number was answered and we were able to get the information we needed. Just seemed a bit much to have to do through all this when we are on vacation. We will return to Austin Condo Hotel as we enjoy the rooftop and the location. "
