"This is our second time to rent Austin Condo Hotel. We love the rooftop patio and pool. In 50-degree temps, it was warm enough to enjoy the rooftop patio overlooking the city, but wasn't warm enough to go into the pool. There was strict adherence to the 4 p.m. check-in time, so we had 30 minutes to wait, and the next door bar's Happy Hour also started at 4 and we didn't buy anything, so those times were unfriendly to us. We tried to ask about checkout at the desk but were told that they knew nothing about the check out requirements and we should check our email, but we are on vacation and don't check our digital sources. Front desk gave us a number to call and the number was answered and we were able to get the information we needed. Just seemed a bit much to have to do through all this when we are on vacation. We will return to Austin Condo Hotel as we enjoy the rooftop and the location. "
