"Lovely villa with a great layout and pool. Staff is top notch! Gusti and Dewa were especially helpful and welcoming. The breakfast options are amazing and food is very filling. The bedroom can get very warm, even with the AC. The one in the bathroom is cooler. Would also suggest putting a fan in the toilet room as it can become uncomfortable in the heat. "The hotel facilities are quite outdated and could use some refurbishment. The swimming pool had an overpowering smell of chlorine, which made it less enjoyable to use. On the positive side, the overall pricing is reasonable and fits within a budget-friendly range. However, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, and it was uncomfortably hot at night. This definitely impacted the quality of sleep. Improvements in these areas would significantly enhance the guest experience."
