"We had a short stay for the long weekend and not much time in the location. But if we had to stay for a week it would have needed reaching out to owner for some aspects. As the location was good and layout of space was roomy. Just needs a couple little touches and aspects to keep it maintained so it can be better appointed for future guests. For instance, suggest update listing description to note that its limited off-street parking and laundry isn't in the actual apartment but a separate part...

"We had a wonderful 5 day stay at this gem of a property. One always has to overlook issues associated with rental property. The kitchen was not well stocked with glassware and the updated appliances did not come with adequate instructions(induction cooktop). Security was an issue with the front gate basically broken and easily forced open and a side gate inoperable. The microwave stopped mid cycle and was unable to resume heating. There needs to be more than one garage door/front driveway gate...

"A beautiful house in a fantastic location within walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops. The house is perfect for large groups. Only criticism is that the outdoor furniture needs replacing and the first floor bedroom needs curtains or blinds on the patio door. Apart from that no complaints, only complements."
