"I loved this property and the people The staff, the entire hotel staff was welcoming and accommodating. I've got to give a very big shout out to Muhammad who was a housekeeper on the floor I stayed on, he was just cheerful and happy and amazing. This is the kind of excellence and service that you just don't see anymore, It's a rarity; this hotel is a unicorn when it comes to everything you would look for and in A class hotel. I'm spoiled now I think it's the only place I'll stay when I go to Madison."

"I’ve had bad experiences with other Holiday Inns but this one exceeded my expectations. Staff was great, room was clean and looks up to date and spacious. The pool was amazing especially for kids. Overall experience here was 10/10. I will definitely book here again when I’m in the area. Keep up the good work!"
