"Peaceful and fully equipped. Everything was great. No major issues. The only reason the cleanliness is getting a 4 out of 5 is because I went to wash the few dishes we had dirtied and the kitchen sponges were both gross and unusable. Obviously didn’t use them and found a disposable cleaning pad under sink. Also the guest toilet seat looks horrible. Besides these two things this place was Great and we could totally see ourselves coming back in the future for a peaceful weekend getaway. Hope this...

"If you’re looking for quiet, small and cozy! This is it! It was perfect for what we were looking for. There was a a hiccup on the property, nothing to do with the rental itself. Even still it was a great trip. And the host is extremely kind and responsive. 5 stars for sure! Reviews are huge for me, as is kindness. Will stay again for sure! Thanks April! "

"The trip for us was very nice. The house had everything we needed, especially when I wanted to cook in the kitchen. It even had a crock pot which is one of my favorite cooking gadgets. The owner was very nice and was available if we had any questions. We loved the flow of the house and the outside area. The Villages is a well maintained community."

Traffic is heavy but if you wait for a nearby traffic light change you will eventually get in with ease. Very close to the road. So kinda noisy. "We walked in an everything was dirty and never cleaned. A cleaning service came in a sprayed the place and left!!! No heat, coffee maker broken. Owner said he was going to refund us 250.00 for cleaning, NEVER DID. But they had the nerve to leave cleaning products at the door for ME to clean. Local representative was NOT real! She has another job and never did anything! She said, well I am at work and will call you later! Well nothing happened!!! NEVER STAY HERE!!!"

"We had a 2 night stay so we didn’t spend a lot of time in the villa. Overall it’s a nice villa. I don’t care for carpet but I did know that ahead of time. We couldn’t get the lights over the vanity to work in the bathroom and some confusing information on where to leave the garbage. And yes it is a hassle trying to get the towels and sheets washed before the 10am check out time. We rented this villa due to its close proximity to the square."
