"Check-in clerk had issues checking us in. Had to restart 3 times. Then forgot to ask if we had a pet so she had to start all over. Insisted on cash payment for pet. I think she put the cash in her purse not in the cash register. Lobby nasty and dirty. Morning clerk very unfriendly. Coffee tasted like cigarettes!! Floor in room felt like the only thing stable was the carpeting. Felt like you could fall thru at any moment. "
