"Unfortunately this hotel was not for us. When we arrived we had to enter through an underground garage. The rooms were dated and we had ants in the bathroom. There are two sides to this hotel the wedding and party venue which looks very nice ...and the annex that we were put in. We moved the next morning. The hotel were understanding as we were meant to be there for a week, Expedia were excellent mediators."

"This is a great hotel to choose if you have a vehicle. Only 15 minutes from Salerno in a beautiful mountain setting. The hotel has a beautiful pool area and large peaceful pool. The rooms are huge."

"It was a lovely classic villa hotel. Simple clean rooms and the pool and the surrounding kept clean and tidy. Staff where very hospitable and helpful. Breakfast was simple. Calm and relaxing atmosphere."

"Odd place fine for one night. Bed not made when arrive sheets and pillows in a drawer? Reception telephone ringing from early but answered and pretty noisy in room next to reception. It was good value and near pompei if you have a car. I wont need to stay again and would look elsewhere if I returned to the area"

"Staff is helpful. In room air conditioner was ice cold and absolutely essential this summer. Cafe and pizzeria right onsite, complementary breakfast get a cup of espresso and have a pastry. Had a refrigerator in the room as well."

"Reservierung lag bei Ankunft nicht vor. Mitarbeiterin am Empfang war nicht kompetent. Sprach überhaupt keine Fremdsprache. Wir hatten auch das Gefühl,dass sie es nicht wollte. Bekamen nicht das Zimmer,was wir wollten. Wollte sogar Feiertagszuschlag kassieren +20€. Das Zimmer und die Bettwäsche roch nach Rauch.Badezimmer an der Decke Schimmelbefall. Konnte kaum schlafen,da noch weit nach Mitternacht laut auf dem Flur diskutiert wurde. Frühstück war das Schlechteste während unserer ganzen...

"Man sollte hier eher von einem Stundenhotel reden, dass zwar einen gewissen Luxus bietet, allerdings nichts mit Tourismus zu tun hat!"

"This hotel is a little haven of luxury in a very rough area. Very close to Pompeii ruins which is why we wanted to stay there rather than travel from Rome or Naples. The area is quite run down but the hotel is really lovely Andy the owners couldn't have been more hospitable. Very modern decor . The house used to be a noble house which is easy to see. No restaurant on site but a lovely continental breakfast was provided free, they also have an order service for most foods which they source and...

"Arrived at the hotel only to find the hotel had been closed since February, despite taking payment from me and sending email correspondence directly from the hotel. Hotels.com we’re utterly useless is helping resolve this so I had to book another hotel at my own expense. Avoid this hotel."
