"Oh my word, where do I start? Antonio and Pasquale were so helpful and arranged the most perfect trip for my sister, mother and I. My mother is disabled, but they arranged a private tour with Giuseppe and Daniel that made her dream of seeing Pompeii so wonderful. Breakfast every morning in this beautiful palazzo was delicious. There are two sides to this hotel the wedding and party venue which looks very nice ...and the annex that we were put in. We moved the next morning. "Odd place fine for one night. Bed not made when arrive sheets and pillows in a drawer? Reception telephone ringing from early but answered and pretty noisy in room next to reception. It was good value and near pompei if you have a car. I wont need to stay again and would look elsewhere if I returned to the area"

"Do not stay - very bad air quality and smells of toxins! We actually did not stay at this property longer than 30 minutes on our first reservation, we had to walk out after we arrived at the property (on another booking made through a separate platform a few days before) and found the property to be unsafe and unfit. There was construction going on and whether it was that or from an ongoing problem we don't know - but as soon as we arrived into the building two of us immediately had burning...

"The area was very rough but the room was clean and well kept. Bathroom very small shower even more so. But if just there for the night everything is clean and nice within the hotel. The surrounding area could use cleaning up."

She was very responsive and helpful and even got someone to help us with our bags up to the room when we arrived. The mini fridge was welcome also for storing beverages.
