"Pleasant stay at this cozy apt. The location about 10minute walk to the waterfront, shopping on King St and dining . Small kitchen with all the appliances needed to make a small meal. Steps to the bedroom so wouldn’t suggest for small kids or elderly. WiFi is lagging but they do have 2 TVs. Enjoyable stay"

The property is situated a little bit north of all the shopping and restaurants on King, but the weather was perfect and the walk was extremely manageable. In addition, it is very close to Leon's and some other eats. "Loved this home! There were 11 of us and the layout of the home made it easy to hang out. Had we not been busy during our stay, we would have taken advantage of the huge fenced in yard with the firepit and available wood. Clean, cozy, comfortable and Whitney was a joy to deal with. "Up a flight of stairs, this place is modern, well equipped, and very well located. Walking distance to some good restaurants and coffee shops and bakeries, it is near the medical center and College of Charleston. We kept our car in the free space and used Lyfts to get around—very cheap.would stay here again"

"3 friends stayed for 3 nights and 4 days in this wonderful apartment. The location can't be beat - it is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and the sites. On a map it may look a bit far from the lower king / market area. It is not, it is close to everything, and the walk is so pretty. The neighborhood is quiet too which is nice compared to the busier areas. The beds are so comfortable, huge ensuite bathrooms in each room, and a big LR and kitchen. Really, everything you can want....
