The bartender was nice and attentive. Gwen at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She checked us into our room as early as possible without any hassle. She was extremely helpful. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again! "

"Disappointed that the Hyatt is advertised as an airport hotel but doesn’t provide airport shuttle service. I didn’t know that it didn’t until after I booked my room, and would have chosen another hotel which does offer the service. "
