"The property layout was perfect for us. We were one couple and two adults. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom while the common area was great for breakfast and for hanging out after dinner in the evening. Property was clean and up to date. There were a few extras, like sound machines in each bedroom. It was a fabulous experience for us. "

"This house worked perfect for our family! Convenient location to beach with everything we needed for our stay. This end of Folly is much nicer and quiet than into town but also an easy ride to get to the hustle and bustle for shopping and eating. Would stay here again the sunsets on the marsh are unbeatable!"

"Really enjoyed our stay. It’s such a perfect location, walkable to all of downtown, but at the same time quiet enough in a residential area. The house was well kept, bed was comfy, and loved the rooftop! Highly recommend this place."

"Perfect location in Charleston, the space is perfect for 2 people and could comfortably fit 3. The bathroom was super different and so fun we loved it and the experience. Will definitely be back!! Happy to say this was my first air b&b experience. "

"Pleasant stay at this cozy apt. The location about 10minute walk to the waterfront, shopping on King St and dining . Small kitchen with all the appliances needed to make a small meal. Steps to the bedroom so wouldn’t suggest for small kids or elderly. WiFi is lagging but they do have 2 TVs. Enjoyable stay"

The house was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities. The host Lynn was a very responsive host and answered all our questions.
