"Traveling with a trailer for work, had ample space for parking! Right off of a main road, but was still quiet. Room was clean & comfortable, staff was professional yet friendly, while breakfast was limited in options it was more options than we've seen for a couple months now."

"Hostess that checked us in was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area which was greatly appreciated. Room was well maintained and clean with microwave and mini-fridge/freezer. My only comments are the shower water pressure wasnt the best (but totally serviceable) and the door/door frame had settled and left a small gap on the top and bottom. Overall was a great experience for a budget weekend trip in/out of Charleston."

"Worst customer service ever, I tried to get in touch with them to get a refund because I had a issue that I have to attend, and they didn’t pickup that phone, and when they finally did, they denied the refund, do not stay there, is a shame "

"The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....

"The location was amazing. Easy walk to restaurants on Sullivan's Island and ocean. There were only 4 of us but the house could sleep many more. The beds were clean and comfortable! There is a lot of 'stuff' in the house but overall clean. There were no eating utensils (at least we couldn't find them). Other than that, kitchen is well stocked. It was a wonderful get away!"
